I keep an eye on your computers so you don't have to. Most months nothing goes wrong. That's the point.

What if the problem takes longer than the session I booked?

I'll tell you upfront. We can extend the session or schedule a follow-up. No surprise charges.

What if you can't fix it?

It doesn't happen often, but if I can't fix it, I'll tell you that and explain your options. You won't be charged for time I didn't help you with.

Do you support Mac?

No — Windows PCs and home networking only. I know what I'm good at.

What does "monitoring" actually mean?

A small program runs quietly on your computer and sends me health data — disk space, antivirus status, whether Windows updates are failing. If something looks wrong, I get an alert and reach out to you. You don't have to do anything.
