The Retired Computer Guy (Aetheria Systems LLC) provides in-home and remote Windows PC support and home networking in northeast Richland County, SC. I'll do my best to fix your problem, and I'll be honest with you if I can't.
Remote access to your computer happens only with your consent — either during a session you've booked and paid for, or via the monitoring agent you installed yourself as part of a monthly plan. I won't access your computer outside of scheduled sessions without notifying you first.
Please back up your important files before any support session. I work carefully, but I'm not responsible for data loss. If you don't have a backup, tell me and we can talk about options first.
The monitoring plan covers Windows PCs only. It does not cover Mac computers, phones, tablets, or business servers. Service is limited to northeast Richland County, SC (zip codes 29223, 29229, 29016).
Services are provided as-is. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session or month in question.
