When you book a session or sign up for the monitoring plan, I collect your name, email address, and home address. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — I never see your card number.
If you have the monitoring plan, I collect diagnostic data from your computers: disk usage, antivirus status, and whether your computer is online. I do not access your files, photos, or personal documents unless you specifically ask me to during a support session.
Your information is used only to provide the service — scheduling, billing, remote support, and monitoring. That's it.
